Christina Lynn Myers creates fantasy artwork so intricate, vivid, and exotic, I can't help but stare, trying to work out all the swirling lines and colors. Each piece visually assaults my eyes, demanding my attention. Wanting to learn more about the details of her work, I contacted Myers for an interview, to which Myers most kindly agreed, and which you can read below. I didn't think anybody would ever find my art. After all, even a targeted test search mired my painting among random trinkets. Too bad I hadn't discovered FaeBae by then.

Amy Brown buckles down for new year

In addition to the extensive line of products featuring Amy's work, the website announced plans to begin selling journals, clothing, coffee mugs, and tote bags this spring. Fans will be excited to hear that in light of ongoing economic woes, the site extended its sale on art prints.
The website itself will undergo several updates, including a new free screensaver and a new site journal for Amy.
Artist who promoted environmental awareness with fairy paintings passes away
Submitted by news on Thu, 01/01/2009 - 20:59Florida artist, author and environmentalist Tom Cross used his fantasy artwork to impress on people with the earth's beauty, hoping he would motivate them to protect it. After a long five-year battle with lung cancer, Cross passed away on December 27, 2008.
